2014
Significant growth in the number of Metron licenses used by retailers.
2018
Virtuo was launched: a virtual reality solution for the furnishing industry, enabling companies and retailers to create immersive and engaging presentation experiences.
2020
The international group SHD acquired the majority stake in Tesy.
2022
Tesy acquired the majority stake in Sintesys, a company focused on ERP solutions for retailers, and in Maticad, whose core business is dedicated to bathroom furnishing solutions.
